Use a checklist during the use of technology that assists the learning process. The checklist might include the following:

The student

• starts the device, application, or online program.
• signs on to the application or program (if applicable).
• creates and makes changes to a digital artifact within an application.
• uses the print function.
• uses the save function.
• logs off (if applicable) or closes the application or program and device.

Note:
It will be important to create the checklist based upon the technology and applications available to the students.
