Computational thinking--applications. The student, with guidance from an educator, applies the fundamentals of computer science.

Demonstrated Proficiency

Ask students to implement a code sequence that includes a variable and indicate the sequence using words like first, next, then, and final. Ask students to explain how the variable impacted their program.
