Knowledge and Skills Statement

Digital citizenship--social interactions. The student identifies appropriate ways to communicate in various digital environment. 

List examples of behaviors that acceptable and not acceptable. Ask students if the behaviors are respectful or not respectful.

Examples:

  • Be nice.
  • Take turns.
  • Do not be mean.
  • Do not share devices or computers.
  • Do not give a person their turn.
  • Listen to others (viewpoints).
  • Use nice words and appropriate language.
  • Use appropriate emojis.
